Even though WWE is doing everything to sign him. We will have to wait and see.
Mike Johnson noted on PW Insider Elite audio that Kenny Omega hired Barry Bloom as his agent. He is a very well-known agent who has represented several pro wrestling stars in the past including All Elite Wrestling's Chris Jericho.
Kenny Omega will sign wherever Kenny Omega wants to sign, Whether he is asking for more money or freedom to work NJPW dates is another story.
He has certainly brought on a heavy-hitter agent. It is interesting to note that Barry Bloom's name was also mentioned along with Jim Ross and Bill Goldberg before All Elite Wrestling was announced.
I should also note the latest "Being The Elite" episode kind of weigh's in to the where Omega will end up. The episode ' How Dare You Defy Me' features AEW executive and The Elite member Matt Jackson on the phone to Omega, who if you've been playing along at home, was shown to have lost his phone in earlier episodes yet, seemingly recovered it for this phone call, After ending the call, and saying he will see Kenny soon, the phone would show a countdown timer.
The significance of the clock is extremely interesting- given that it ends in a just a little over nine days. In fact, it ends on the same day of the AEW ticket party for Double or Nothing in Las Vegas.
Based on this impression, it seems that Kenny Omega will there and will be unveiled as the newest AEW Signee.
