On October 2014 WWE released an article on wwe.com, making predictions as to the state of WWE in 5yrs.
The landscape of WWE is always changing and it’s difficult to predict who will be WWE World Heavyweight Champion next week, let alone a year from now. However, a conversation during a meeting at WWE.com quickly turned into a heated debate over where WWE will be in five years.
A small group of WWE.com editors took on the challenge of predicting where John Cena, Dean Ambrose and more will be by the year 2019.
Now we have reached 2019 - Just how many of their predictions came true. Heelturn Editors have provided a response to their predictions below.

John Cena will be Raw GM.
This was completely off the mark as he is still wrestling to this day but no where near the talent compared to 2014 .
But in a few year's time assuming Cena isn’t working constantly in movies this a real possibility as he is such a WWE loyalist and one of the few stars made into a house hold name.
Roman Reigns will be on a Wrestlemania winning streak.
If there was not as much crowd outpouring from when Roman won the rumble, I am certain he would be on a Wrestlemaina winning streak.
As Brock was meant to be out the door WM 31 and lose clean to Roman which would have delayed the Rollins cash in his 'money in the bank' briefcase and would have not lost Brock in the main event of Wrestlemania last year.
Hideo Itami will be will be Mr. Money in the Bank.
Well isn’t this the best timing this was a massive flop and him asking for his release and granted it a few days ago.
A serious of unfortunate injuries really set up the Itami for failure as well as the addition of Shinsuke Nakurma coming in shortly after to draw in Japanese set him on the back foot immediately.
NXT will compete with Raw for brand supremacy.
This brand supremacy line is nothing but a buzz word to try and get fans excited. Raw will always be Vince’s no.1 as evidence of the original draft, Raw being much stronger and have this battle of the brands only appear once a month for a easy option to book the Survivor Series.
Dean Ambrose will be the longest champion in the modern era.
Again, perfect timing Ambrose leaving after WrestleMania 35 and never being treated with any freedom on his character, as they consistently put him in weird circumstances, like being an over the top goofy face or completely go against what makes him unique.
Saying that, it is not surprising at all with longest champion in the modern era, being broken after Cm Punk left.
Wresltemania will be held in China.
Wrestlemania will be held in China as they’re not well known in the US and do not want to risk using viewership in their primary area of the US
They've taken great strides in making it a more international feeling with the Super Showdown in Australia, Saudi Arabia and the all international talent currently working for the WWE.
