Our favourite Alcoholic Adam gives you his thoughts on FWA’S Road To Glory Show.
For those who don’t know Road To Glory is there equivalent to Money In The Bank as seen Last show when Tarlee cashed in and taking the belt from Xena last show.
Road to Glory for FWA Women’s Championship
Shazza Mckenzie V Rochelle Rogue V Alyna V Lena Kross V Kingsley V Xena
All talented individuals here all worthy winners but few really stand out here that would make sense to win it
Xena being a two women’s champion it will be ridiculous to rule her out on top that it would come full circle if she won the match and returned the favour
Kingsley has played a massive factor in aiding her LUX partner, Xena, having her two reigns by causing the distractions and sacrificing herself for Xena to be champion.
So safe to stay she could be sick of being the bridesmaid and never the bride so it could be her time to capture the title.
Shazza McKenzie can never be ruled out winning so many titles in carer already and easily add another reign
Lena Kross is the most in-form wrestler coming into this match impressively dispatching Azaela it would be very hard to stop her from dominating the competition unless everyone gangs up on her.
It’s too hard to overlook Kingsley in this contest being the most cunning and seeming to be primed to break out even more.
Sam Osbourne V Jay Sorbet
These two have unfinished business after Osbourne was the special guest referee during Sorbet title match with some unprofessional officiating.
The winner of this surely has to be line for a heavyweight title match.
Osbourne never getting a rematch and Sorbet getting the short end of the stick with Osbourne’s favouritism.
Osbourne to win via submission as Sorbet tends to struggle to keep up with Osbourne masterful heel hook.
FWA Women’s Championship
ASPN V Tarlee (C)
After Tarlee won the Road Glory match he instantly cashed in and shot herself to the top of the women’s division by inserting herself in the championship match.
ASPN got her opportunity by defeating Azela in number contenders match.
ASPN in the current NZ women’s champion and would to add another belt to her collection.
With Tarlee only winning the title last show it would be a bit of a waste for her to drop the title immediately meaning Tarlee will retain.
The Velocities (Paris De Silva & Jude “The Dude” London) (C) V Donnie Mako & Rhys Angel
What a way to Celebrate as Jude is the longest titleholder in FWA history in a Non Title contest against a team that been that has just been thrown together.
A question that needs to be answered is what is Kai Drake’s thoughts on Rhys teaming with Donnie?
Velocities will and will continue there stranglehold on tag team titles.
Jessica Troy V Gino Gambino
In an intergender match that people have wanted for a long time is finally happening tonight.
Gambino has a size and strength advantage. Whilst Troy will have the speed and technical advantage.
Both competitors have travelled all across the world on massive stages. Gambino is a member of the Bullet Club and heading to Japan regularly. Troy often travelling to the US to wrestle at Shimmer.
Following an excellent match, Gambino wins the match with the strength factor being too much to overcome.
Road to Glory FWA Heavyweight Championship
Jackson Spade V Parker Thomas V Axton Ursus V Jayden Jacobs V Big Fudge V Jason Dewhurst V E C Diamond V The Muzzdog
Someone is getting the opportunity of a lifetime to go the FWA Heavyweight championship anytime they want.
Some of the competitors that stand out are :
Parker Thomas who is a serious grappler who has come so close to picking up a title.
E C Diamond is a top guy in Queensland and is currently the AWL champion should not be taken lightly
Big Fudge has been robbed of FWA tag team championship when Jude “The Dude” London turned his back Fudge.
Fudge deserves justice and would come full circle becoming the FWA Heavyweight Champion.
In the end, Parker Thomas will win Road To Glory and could pick his time and place.
FWA Mecury Championship
Nikki Van Blair (C) V Carter Deams V Cesar
Nikki tends to be at that right place at the right time to pick the scraps after both competitors wear each other out.
Carter Deams has come in left everyone laying in his way dominating the competition with various kicks putting opponents down for the count.
Cesar is a former champ looking to bounce back and win the title he lost in a triple threat match.
Carter is just on a level right now with no coming close to match his intensity Carter wins and becomes the new FWA Mecury Champion.
FWA Heavyweight Championship
Will Kiedies V “Tuff Stuff” Ricky South (C)
This has been coming for while The “Gobber Killer” Will Kiedis after spending so long out of FWA he has returned and made quite a name for himself captaining Team Frankie to victory and is one of the main reasons Alcoholic Adam is coming to FWA more frequently.
But this will no cakewalk as Ricky being one of the most well rounded wrestlers in the world today.
It will be interesting to see if we see any interference from Debauchery of members and Team Frankie B or even Five Star Flash who got indefinitely suspended as a result of Team Frankie winning.
In the end, Will Kiedis will from a distraction and capitalising on it his shinning Wizzard.
Unfortunately, Alcoholic Adam will not be there but make sure to raise can in his honour and enjoy the show.
